This baklava will be made to order from a Turkish recipe (please give about one week's notice). I use high quality, fresh ingredients: lots of buttery layers of paper-thin pastry sheets, a rich walnut and pistachio filling, soaked in a sugar syrup, and topped with ground pistachios. “Afiyet olsun!”
