Cuban Style Whole Pig Prepared by T.Warnock

Treat 25 to 30 of your closest friends to an authentic Cuban style Lechon Asado.  Donor will purchase the pig, marinate it, bring it to your site and cook it for you. 

Includes:

- One whole hog (up to 50 pounds) to be provided by donor (value approximately $350)

- Preparation of hog with traditional Cuban marinade (value $50)

- On site cooking of whole hog in traditional Cuban roaster (priceless)

Hog requires approximately 4.5 hours of cooking time in an outdoor location and at least one week’s notice to order the hog.  Winning bidder to coordinate date, time, location, etc. with donor for a mutually convenient date.  If requested, donor will bring a dominoes table, dominoes set, provide a dominoes lesson, and possibly dole out legal advice at no additional charge.
