You are bidding on a one (1) week stay in a 2 bedroom timeshare/
condo in Winterpark Colorado or work with the owner to exchange
a week into one of RCI’s resorts world wide pending availability.
This auction is for accommodations only. All exchange, membership,
maintenance, and housekeeping fees are paid by the owner. Guest is
NOT required to sit through any sales presentations – unless you
want that free dinner
or attraction ticket.
The Winter park unit is available for one week starting either
August 16, 2014

Timber Run
The Unit in Timber Run is a two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins, 1 queen
sofa) with a full kitchen (including full size refrigerator, microwave
and dishwasher), gas fireplace, Cable TV, and a private balcony with
picturesque views of the Continental Divide. Unit does not allow Pets.
Nearest airport is Denver International 82 miles away.
In the summer enjoy the outdoor activities and the Rocky Mountain
scenery while you vacation at Timber Run. Close by, in Arapaho
National Forest, you'll discover excellent areas for hiking, backpacking,
mountain biking, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities. River
rafting is available along the Colorado River. Lake Granby and Grand
Lake, both within 35 miles, also offer many activities.

{Getting a 2 bedroom in Aspen during January for skiing is like
winning the Powerball jackpot. So is Hilton Head or Ocean City
in the summer. East Coast ski resorts are doable and Orlando
(ex Disney) is a 50:50 even for a specific week.}
