The Soccer Skillology Technical Training Program (1-Year Subscription)

Providing young players enough time to train with their team is difficult, and instruction can be hit or miss. With the Soccer Skillology Technical Training Program players are given the opportunity to self-train with expert step by step instruction, video demonstration and skill development targeting. The 45 professionally designed lessons with more than 90 minutes of video instruction are based on learning to self-train soccer skills at home, with minimal equipment and expense, and with only one or two players.

The Technical Training Program is not intended to replace team training but to supplement individual skill development, which is often difficult to address in a team setting. Think of this as “tutoring” for the “soccer homework” that coaches are always asking players to do on their own. Individual skill training is critical to a player’s success.  Professional soccer players all have a story to share of how they honed their skills as motivated young individuals. These lessons are not only fun and easy to follow, which is motivating in itself,  they are designed to produce excellent results when dedicated players follow the steps and train like a young pro.

Athletic Development experts believe that it takes at least 500 repetitions with perfect technique to learn a movement pattern (skill).

It takes 10 times as many repetitions to correct deficiencies in a movement pattern once a habit is established.

Don’t wait.  Get your training on track today.
