Teen Yoga: 1 hour class at a location of your choice. The class may be used for a special event. Yoga is a great way for teens to connect to their bodies, boosting confidence and self-esteem. Improve focus and concentration as well as stretch and strengthen muscles. Yoga helps to build techniques to handle stress in their daily lives. Yoga is a great way to exercise and bond with your friends all at the same time. Connecting breath, mind, and body, yoga both energizes and calms. Kirsten Norris is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and currently teaches mixed-level Vinyasa flow classes locally.
