Empowerment!  Inspiration! Community! Down Dog Yoga has been voted “Best of D.C.” and featured in Yoga Journal.  It is a favorite of Springbrook parents and many others in the metropolitan area.

Classes are offered from early morning until late evening. All students are welcome, from the newbie walking in the door for the first time, to the experienced yogi, stepping down from the mountain. Sweat, move, find your edge, and simply have fun.

Down Dog Yoga is located in Bethesda, on the corner of Elm St. & Woodmont Ave. There are also locations in Georgetown and Herndon, VA.
