Mel & Inka's Ukranian Holiday Dinner for 12
Be the guests of Waring Head of School, Mel Brown, and his wife, Inka Rudnycka. Experience the cuisine and culture of Ukraine with this complete holiday dinner for up to 12 guests in Waring's Victor Hugo Room or your home. The menu includes a main dish of fish, and side dishes of beet borsch, mushroom and rice stuffed cabbage, Inka's famous cheese and potato dumplings, among others, and desserts, made by Mel, himself. This complete dinner experience includes everything--gastronomy, history, conviviality, and, of course, wine!

The date for the dinner is by mutual agreement until May 2015, except for Waring school holiday periods.
