Join your hosts Tony Boisvert and Cathy Favreau at their home for a traditional Swiss Raclette Feast. Raclette is a traditional Swiss dish which involves melting cheese over boiled new potatoes. Cornichons are also traditional. It is a participatory meal, which involves cooking at the table, not unlike fondue.

At our Gathering we will also be sampling a wider variety of cheese than is traditional and smoked meats from the German, Swiss and Austrian Alps, as well as white wine and too many other treats to name. A crisp chill in the air, fire in the fireplace, lots of cheese and some appley dessert. Doesn’t that sound nice?
