Swimming Lessons with USA National Team Member, Laura Sogar, in Texas

Description
You and your friends or class (up to 30 people) will win a 30 minute pep talk and then an hour and a half pool demonstration and drill work with Laura Sogar. Individuals will receive hands on help on stroke technique as well as a number of drills to practice at home.
Laura's Accomplishments:
Silver Medalist at the FINA Short Course World Championships in Istanbul
Silver and Bronze medalist at the 2013 World University Games in Kazan, Russia in the 200 and 100 Breaststroke
Captain of the World University Games Swimming Team in Kazan
Former Captain of the Texas Longhorn Women's Swimming and Diving Team
2013 NCAA Champion in the 200 Breaststroke
2013 US National Team Member
Majoring in Economics
Special Instructions
Laura is willing to drive up to 3 hours from Austin, Texas to teach a class. If you have a pool that can hold the class, that would be amazing. If not, please let us know so we can work on securing a place to hold the class.
