In a cook's kitchen, learn to make pizza dough and red sauce from scratch in the afternoon, and then invite 15 friends over in the evening to share in the party. The event will be in my home, where I have a wood-fired pizza oven. If it's cold outside, warm your hands in front of the 700-degree oven. Guests can stretch and twirl the dough and add all the toppings they desire (without that annoying 50-cent per item surcharge!). Lots of room for inventive pizzas. Will make up to 16 of them. Some good wine included. Ideal for that milestone birthday party.
