2004 Spring Mountain Vineyard Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 92 points Wine Enthusiast

 *Cellar Selection* Lots of folks will pop the cork on this Cab before its time, but that would be a shame. Hugely tannic, in the way of Spring Mountain, it has a deep, ripe core of black currants, violets, dark baker’s chocolate and vanilla oak, wrapped into an impressively firm structure. Will really find its stride after 2012.  (5/ 2008)
