An exquisite blend of 76% Chardonnay and 24% Pinot Noir, the 2008
Brut Rosé is as festive as it is complex. At rst glance one notices the
ne mousse and pale salmon color, then comes the intoxicating nose
of cherry blossom and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, the wine
comes alive with avors of wild berry and the slightest hint of key
lime pie. e Brut Rosé pairs well with a variety of dishes including
fresh seafood, roasted duck and oven red pizza.
