Light yellow. Pungent aromas of grapefruit, lemon pith, tarragon and mint, with an underpinning of talc. Dusty, mineral-inflected citrus and green apple flavors are complemented by a saline quality and lifted by zesty minerality. This taut, dry and sharply focused wine would work well with raw oysters.
