Their goal is to provide excellent yoga instruction in a relaxed, friendly environment. Yoga without the attitude. Whether you're coming to class to stay in shape, relieve stress, address chronic aches and pains, or to connect to a deeper part of yourself, everyone is welcome at Silver Lake Yoga!
Special Instructions
Series must be used within three months from the first class taken. Must bring in gift certificate. No need to make a reservation before redeeming.
Auction Items will be available for pickup in the Walden Community Room on May 21, 2014 and May 22, 2014 from 3:00PM - 6:00PM. If you can not pick up your auction item at that time and require shipping, additional charges will be applied.
