Classes for girls and boys focus on learning skills while having FUN! Every level of recreational classes includes training and practice on the competitive Olympic events – four events for girls and six for boys. Each class includes a warm up, practice on 2-3 events, along with conditioning, strength and flexibility training. Children progress at their own pace and move up levels based on the completion and competency of the required skills per level.
