Winner will recieve a framed piece of art "I Remember When" by artist Robert H. Annesley.

Bob became a fulltime artist in 1973, and is a master at such unusual media as goldpoint and silverpoint drawing, using 24 karat gold and pure silver. Bob has mastered encaustic mixed-media, an exacting technical process using beeswax interspersed with painting media to set the colors. The artwork is then finally baked in an oven. Bob does not produce very many pieces in these three media each year, as they require a great deal of time and effort.
