Local New Canaan Artist Carrie Getz presents this beautiful collage on paper well suited for any room or office.  All of the applied paper is reused color newsprint. Carrie's background is in textile design and this piece has tremendous inspiration from the texture of fabric and loosely based on composition that is used in quilting.   Carrie is very influenced by the art of El Anatsui, who works solely with recycled & found materials.

The frame is 11 1/2 x 15".  The art is 8 x 8 1/2.
