Our staff members have traveled the country educating other stylists in perfecting their skills and knowledge in the hair industry.

Meet the Business Owner: Carlo n.
As owner of Novoa Salon it was imperitive to me to create a calm and fun atmosphere for stylists to work and clients to experience. For the past 13 years I have traveled extensively for L'Oreal Professional teaching classes all over the country. Using those experiences has helped me create the daily atmosphere in my own salon that I've always wanted. We have a core group of stylists that come from all backgrounds in creating incredible hair. From color, to styling, to keratin treatments, I truly feel we have one of the best salons in Los Angeles.
