Directions

To Operate: Turn the top clockwise. Do not turn back and forth. To Adjust Grind: For a fine grind, turn the nut clockwise. For a coarser grind turn the nut counterclockwise. To Clean: Wipe with a dampened cloth. Do not immerse in water. To Refill Mills: Unscrew and remove top nut. Lift off top. Pour salt crystals or whole peppercorns into the appropriate mill. Replace top and nut.
