It sleeps six, each of the 3 bedrooms with en suite bath and separate Cabana Bath leading to private patio, heated pool and hot tub. Winning bid includes unlimited access to select Pelican Bay amenities including, but not limited to, Business and Fitness Centers as well as private beach access.

Trip is subject to property availability and must allow 4 weeks notice for booking. $500 security deposit required, payable by personal check, will be refunded upon successful exit of property. Item includes use of natural gas for heated pool and spa and exit cleaning fee. Does not include airfare or car rental.
