Students are encouraged to attend group classes because Kenpo Karate is best practiced with partners. In group classes you practice with different types and sizes of people so you are exposed to many of the variables that happen in real life self-defense situations. Most classes in West LA and Granada Hills last one hour and feature a mix of Kenpo Karate training with physical fitness work, stretching, and focused breathing. Our Black belt teachers all have a minimum of ten years experience with us and we strive to have several of them helping with each class.
