Exams must take place during regular retail hours, off-peak times and not adversely impact other Luxottica associates (i.e.Technicians).  The exam must be performed by the Doctor presenting this certificate and should never disrupt scheduled appointments.  

Limited to professional services only (eyeglass exams with dialtion, visual field and retinal photography and contact lens fit and follow up).  Where available 505 off retinal map Retinal exam.

You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid.  You will have to option to pick-up your items at Will Rogers Learning Community at specified dates and times or have your items shipped.   If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.
