Purchase a Pillow Pet for a child receiving treatment at Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta — the child will have the opportunity to choose a butterfly, cat, or dragon!

Last year, 434 children were diagnosed between the Egleston and Scottish Rite campuses and 2,400 children receive ongoing treatment at the Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta each year.

Families facing a child's cancer diagnosis need to know that they are not alone. CURE's Early Outreach Program provides these families with much-needed encouragement and important resources to help them begin their journey with childhood cancer.

As part of the outreach program, children receiving treatment in either the Egleston or Scottish Rite campuses may have the opportunity to receive a Pillow Pet. Pillow Pets are a symbol of CURE's relationship with patients and their families, and they bring a source of comfort for the child, as well as open the door for CURE's trained staff, who will always be there as a source of support.

The goal of the Fund A Need appeal is to provide as many Pillow Pets for children receiving treatments as there are children diagnosed in one year — our goal is 434.
