Alex is 5 years old and has been fighting stage 4 neuroblastoma for over a year. He has endured 9 rounds of chemo, surgeries, a stem cell transplant, radiation, and antibody therapy. He just finished treatment in February 2014 and is enjoying being a typical boy. He is thriving in kindergarten and really enjoys math and social studies. He also loves to play soccer, go swimming, Legos, Minecraft, and playing with his two sisters whom he adores.

Each mask is hand painted by a child or a family member of a child whose life has been affected by childhood cancer. These masks are one-of-a-kind pieces of artwork that are as beautiful and unique as the artists who created them! Each mask has been adorned with ribbons and framed in a shadow box.
