Goose Island Fulton Street Brewery Private Tour with Founder John Hall

Item Number: 381
Time Left: CLOSED

Description
Goose Island Beer Company's Fulton Street brewery, which lies on the outskirts of Chicago's West Loop neighborhood, focuses on Goose's Vintage Ales and Bourbon County lines and, most recently, the brewery's experimental one-off projects known as the Fulton & Wood series. If Goose Island Beer Company has a spiritual center, then this building is surely it.
Goose Island's founder and Lincoln Park resident John Hall has invited you to visit the brewery for a rare private tour, as the brewery is not typically open to the public. This tour will be arranged for a party of 10 on a mutually agreed weeknight beginning at 5:30. You will have the opportunity to see the brew masters at work, ask questions, and take part in a beer tasting.
