Established in 2005, Wells has become a neighborhood dining and drinking favorite for locals and visitors alike. Renovations and upgrades in 2009 and ’12 have enhanced our warm, comfortable setting which compliments a traditional American pub menu and full bar that is sure to have something for everyone. In addition to a cozy sidewalk café, our sixty-person beer garden – complete with a giant flat screen – makes Wells one of the most popular outdoor venues in the area. Located in the heart of Chicago’s historic Old Town, we face the famous Second City Theater and are steps from North Avenue Beach, The Chicago History Museum and Lincoln Park, not to mention the rest of the dynamic nightlife Wells Street has to offer.
