Curious-on-Hudson will host a private 2-hour event in which you and your guests will learn how to properly nose and taste spirits.  The whiskey expert and enthusiast will take you on a tour of the evolution of the greatest spirit.  They will follow whiskey's development from Ireland to Scotland across the Atlantic to Canada and the United States.  Then in a blind tasting you will try several several different styles of Scotch Whiskey.  The group will formulate their own tasting notes and then reveal the bottles to see which ones they are.  Snacks included.  This event will take place in the Loft Bookstore of Curious-on-Hudson located in the amazing riverview space at 145 Palisade in Dobbs Ferry.
