The auction winner's party of six will have a meal they will never forget, to benefit a cause they will always love.  The famous Pig Dinner at the Cookery is a true feast.  Chef David DiBari prepares an entire pig roasted to perfection with a honey glaze.  When the pig arrives the chef comes to the table and breaks it down off of the carcass. Guests can interact with the chef as he does this. Dinner for six includes a market appetizer, the crispy glistening pig, along with 3 market side dishes (greens, potatoes and vegetables) and chef’s choice of dessert.  Includes a pairing of beer or wine with each course (selected by Ralph Rubino, General Manager and Sommelier).
