To ensure you receive the freshest product, the winning bidder will receive a certificate for the cheese and is responsible for picking up the gift box of blue cheese from The Cheese Cave in downtown Faribault by Feb. 14, 2014. The Cheese Cave is located at 318 Central Avenue and is closed on Sunday and Monday.
