Homemade pasta sauces outshine store bought and it is so much better for you.  In this class you will get a presentation on making fresh pasta from scratch and participate in making 3 different pasta
sauces; traditional Bolognese, fresh pesto and a delicate light olive oil based sauce.  Each sauce will be paired with different pasta.  You will also be taste testing different olive oils to learn the difference and important of cooking with olive oil.

This class will be held on the North Mankato Campus from 6:30-9 p.m. on March 19, 2014.
