A Tighter U is a unique fitness studio. We train with a One Third Theory concept. Quite simply, this encompasses nutrition, weights, and aerobics into one training regimen. All of our trainers are certified and are required to train another six months learning the exclusive A Tighter U techniques. Training will never be the same old routine. Every visit will be a new experience, customized to your own goals.
