Description
This 15" Round Stoneware Baking Brick set by Sassafras Enterprises includes an Oven-to-Table Serving Rack and Recipe & Instruction Booklet. The Stoneware Baking Brick duplicates a brick-lined oven just like old time pizzerias use. The brick creates a dry heat which absorbs moisture and produces a crisp crust.
