Jeff Martin from KDM Investment, Inc. will meet with you to gain an understanding of the timing for your retirement, your desired retirement lifestyle and your current retirement savings program. With that information as input, an Investment Policy Statement (IPS) will be developed.

The IPS documents your retirement goals, provides a detailed retirement portfolio and describes the process that should be used to manage the retirement portfolio. You can then implement the portfolio and portfolio management process or elect to have KDM Investment Management implement and manage the portfolio.

If you elect to have KDM Investment Management implement and manage the portfolio, the portfolio fees will be waived for the first six months.

The estimated value of IPS development and six months of portfolio management is $1,750.

The following are included in the development and implementation of the IPS:

• Initial meeting to understand your retirement goals and current retirement savings program.  This meeting lasts between one and two hours.


• Development of a draft IPS that documents your retirement goals, includes a detailed retirement portfolio and describes the process that should be used to manage your retirement portfolio.


• IPS review meeting to answer your questions on the IPS and fine tune the IPS.  This meeting usually lasts approximately one hour.


• Updating, printing and binding of the final IPS.


• If elected, management of your retirement portfolio as documented in the IPS for a period of six months.
