This is an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a student to explore their passion for music like they’ve never done before. This item is a “slot” for one student and one parent chaperone to join five other students and their respective chaperones for a guided, hands-on tour of the Naperville Guitar Center store. Our very own Mrs. Surdynski will assist the Guitar Center Experts as the group begins the experience with a tour of the whole store. Then - here’s where it gets wicked awesome - students will break down into smaller groups to go back to their favorite departments with unprecedented access and coaching from the Guitar Center Experts to try out the professional equipment and instruments. Want to record a track in a real recording studio? Done. Mix like a Master DJ? Done. Shred on a $2,000 guitar? Oh yeah. Drums, keyboards, lights and more.

This experience begins at 1 pm on Sunday, May 18, 2014 will last approximately 2 hours. Experts might occasionally be interrupted to tend to customers, but Mrs. Surdynski will keep things moving along. Students must be at least 10 years of age. This experience is only open to Da Vinci Academy students and their referred friends.
