Bodega Bay Inn is on the beautiful Sonoma County coast in Northern California. Bodega Bay is a small fishing village an hour and a half north of San Francisco. A short drive from either San Francisco, Oakland, and the Sacramento area it has been a great vacation spot for more than 50 years.

Our inn is a convenient location from which to visit the great vineyards and wineries of western Sonoma County. Visiting Sonoma Counties’ Russian River, Green Valley, and its many sub-appellations is easy. For those on a tour of California Highway 1, Bodega Bay is a good stop on your way to Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Bodega Bay is popular with bird watchers. There are boat charters to the Cordell banks and many wetlands ideal for birdwatching.
