Have you ever wanted to throw a truly awesome Luau party in your home? You can amaze your guests with this authentic menu provided by the Manibusan family, who have been cooking these specialty items for 15 years. You may have even tasted their delicious island cuisine at the Hawaiian Festival held at the Pleasanton Fair Grounds.
Menu will include:
Kalua (shredded pork)

Chicken Long Rice
Macaroni Salad
Fruit Kabobs
Tossed Green Salad
Dessert
Menu can be altered to address any alergies.
Date to be mutually agreed upon but will be held during the summer/fall of 2014.
Party can host up to 20 people.
