Ms. Lewis' 2nd grade class collaboratively created their stunning masterpiece, entitled  "Whatchamacallit" over the course of 2 weeks.  It is inspired by Paul Klee's painting "Once Emerged From the Grey of Night". 

As part of the process, Ms. Lewis' class discussed, voted and chose words that are meaningful and representative of themselves, words like: EXTRAORDINARY,  ARTISTIC and VIVACIOUS,  to name a few.  Each child painted squares in their signature color - they selected their favorite color from the color spectrum and received a unique shade of one of their top 3 choices - and then signed the edge of the canvas with their name and thumbprint in their color.  The class is so proud of their work and we hope that a lucky Bay Farm family will proudly display this masterpiece in their home!
