This class project is a mixed media on canvas (collage, oil pastel, newsprint, paint, vitrail, paint, gesso). The canvas is 24 in. x 30 in.

The title is "Y'all 201" and is based on the students conceptions of themselves: their class identity and then their class within the school.

We decided to create a work inspired by the canvases of Robert Rauschenberg who pulled together images and objects to create feelings to time and place in 20th century America.
