The best Italian restaurant in south Minneapolis has a flight of fancy for its name, an Italian phrase meaning "in the wind," like the delicate specials that waft through week by week: pappardelle with a savory duck ragu, or saffron risotto with frutti di mare. Indeed, many regulars skip those for the great classic red-sauce Italian dishes, the simple bruschettas and spaghetti with meatballs.
