Boot Camp is a perfect class for the novice fitness levels as well as for the experienced exercise enthusiast. This class primarily uses traditional, body-weight versus gravity exercises with short bouts of cardio to deliver a balanced and full-body workout. The classes are programmed three days a week on four week cycles. This allows you to see monitored improvement every week! Classes are always fresh, new and exciting. We incorporate cutting edge exercises adding spice to anyone's fitness regime. All moves are easily modified for individuals with movement restrictions or made more difficult with variations to give everybody the workout they are looking for.

Healthy Training is a private gym in Eden Prairie exclusively for personal training, group fitness and nutritional planning. They have a 2,100 square foot private gym with weight and cardiovascular equipment. Their group fitness space is 1,100 square feet with yoga equipment, medicine balls, dumbbells, body bars and kettle bells. They have changing rooms, restrooms and drinking fountain on premise.
