Gold Rebozo in a wooden box from Casa Del Rebozo Mexicano.
"Rebozo", article of clothing typically Mexican, product of the fusion of cotton cloths worn by American Indians and garments used by the Spanish women during the colonial century.
The rebozo is made with prehispanic waist looms or pedal looms, introduced during the Spanish Conquest and adapted by the new civilization.
This particular Rebozo was made in Mexico and has been made very carefully by expert craftsmen, keeping the ancient weaving techniques.
Please note that the wooden box has a small scratch on the top.
