The winner of this item will be entitled to three (3) full hours of time with Designer Raj Taylor. The time can be used towards setting a general design scheme, selection of materials and furnishings, paint color consult, or anything else you might want to kick up a notch or two in your home or office.

Background on Rajeev Tailor | Broker/Owner/Designer:  Raj completed both his undergraduate degree in Economics and graduate study in Architecture at Washington University in St. Louis.  He began his career in the financial sector, first as a stock and portfolio analyst and later as an investment advisor.  He secured his real estate license in 2005, first to purchase and sell investment property, which he started investing in at 18 years old.  He quickly developed a love of the business and found his clients saw value in his unique approach incorporating a design and business sense.
