This class will be an introduction to CrossFit for current 4th graders that will be held on Saturday, March 29th from 1-2 p.m. at CrossFit St. Louis, 1345 Strassner, St. Louis, MO 63144.

The purpose of CrossFit Kids is to involve children in activities that support wellness and athletic competence. The session will be informative and fun! Events such as dodge ball and musical chairs are often incorporated in a way that allows kids to play a game while exercising. Wellness as a lifestyle is important for everyone to learn, and through this program, we support the development of that lifestyle, regardless of current ability.

For current 4th graders only.
