This kids' "happy hour" in Chinese titled "Building a Bridge to the Great Wall" is being offered by Reed mom Rachel Wu. It is a 2-hour session for K-4th graders. This will be held on Saturday evening, May 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rachel's home, very close to Reed School. Drop off the kids, and have a window of adult time for you on Saturday evening! And the kids get:

• A fun way to learn Chinese language


• Introducing different greetings in Chinese


• Introducing Chinese poems


• Introducing interesting places to visit in China


• Introducing chopsticks and traditional Chinese food


• Kids fun time with peers

Children will learn Chinese characters, greetings and poems in a relaxed, fun home setting. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
