Kiddos are invited to tour the studios of the classical radio station in St. Louis! The kids will even record a commercial for the station that will air for months after the tour. Check out the microphones, the sound boards and meet the on-air personalities at RAF-STL. Your tour guide will be the Sunday morning host (and Gareth's mom), Julie Schuster!

Tour will be on Friday, May 2 at 1:45pm -- yes, it is an early release date, and will last about 45 minutes. Afterward, we'll stop by a frozen yogurt shop in Clayton for a treat. Parents are welcome to join in the fun (ticket not needed). Up to 10 kids, tickets available at $15 per kid.

RAF-STL is a relatively new non-profit on the scene, and is working to become a community asset with an unmatched devotion to growing the arts and cultural community in the St. Louis area by providing:

• Diverse, community-driven programming that includes a wide variety of music genres such as orchestral, chamber, jazz, blues, opera, and symphonic music


• Broadcasts of live performances, both in-studio and remotely, from the world’s greatest musicians, including remote broadcasts from Centene Corporation’s acoustical auditorium furnished with a Steinway grand piano


• In-depth, in-studio and remote interviews with performers, conductors and music personalities from around the globe who are charting classical music today
