The winner of this auction item will receive three (3) hours of legal advice/work, which can be used towards drafting an estate plan or towards any civil litigation matter by attorney and Reed parent Matthew J. Rossiter at Rossiter & Boock, LLC, which is conveniently located at 124 Gay Avenue in Clayton.

Matt focuses his practice on fiduciary litigation, civil litigation, estate planning and probate administration. He has tried cases throughout Missouri, representing trustees, personal representatives, and claimants in all areas of estate administration. He has represented business owners and individuals in a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury cases.

In 2011, Matt was elected by his peers to serve a six year term on the Twenty-First Circuit Judicial Commission.  The Circuit covers St. Louis County.  When there is a judicial vacancy, the Commission interviews applicants and selects a three-person panel.  The Governor chooses one of the panelists to fill the judicial vacancy.

In 2005, Matt received the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award from the St. Louis County Bar Association. Matt is a member of the Steering Committee for the BAMSL Probate and Trust Section and is a past chair of that section. He is a founder of the annual Fiduciary Litigation Seminar sponsored by BAMSL, and has presented each of the past six years. He also serves on the St. Louis County Probate Advisory Committee.
