The winner of this auction item will enjoy 3 private lessons fly tying lessons this Spring, 2014 with Peter Lumaghi (grandfather of Jack Bokermann (2H) and Maddie Bokermann (1E)) at his home on Ellsworth Lane in Ladue.

Each lesson will be approximately 2 hours long and he will provide all of the items you need to make beautiful dry flies, wet flies, soft hackles, nymphs, streamers and others.  If you are planning a fishing trip to a specific location, you can concentrate on making flies specific to the types of fish in that location. You can also bring your fly rod and get some pointers on your technique out in the yard.

Peter Lumaghi has been fly fishing for over 55 years (since he was 12). The Lumaghi/Bokermann family spends a great deal of time fishing and using Mr. Lumaghi's flies to catch Rainbow trout at Rockbridge in Southern Missouri. You can get a lot of amazing tips from Peter who has fished all over Missouri and can give you advice on the best spots and what types of flies to use in them. This is a once in a lifetime auction item!
