Elizabeth Spencer Appellation Tasting for 4 people

This in-depth tasting features five to six of our small production, vineyard-designated Cabernet Sauvignon produced from different Napa Valley sub-appellations. Discussion will be centered on the individual characteristics influenced by the micro-climate and terrain of each sub-appellation as expressed in each wine. In addition, this tasting features hand-selected artisan cheeses that pair well with the wines chosen.
