Basic Info on Adult Memberships & Rates
- All Memberships include our complete evaluation process and a one-time enrollment fee of $49.00 due on the first day of membership.
- All Small Group training sessions are held in a semi-private environment of no more than 4 clients to every 1 coach.
- Open Gym hours are during listed hours of operation (Monday-Friday 6am-8pm and Saturday 8am-12pm). All coaching sessions have priority to any training tool or equipment over clients training in Open Gym.
