Blanco Cafe was founded in 1974 by Alejandro F. San Miguel.  Wanting to go into business for himself, he opened a restaurant at 1720 Blanco Rd as a way of providing a little more for his wife and 10 children (whew!).    

His goal was to provide a great meal at a price that anyone could afford.  Breakfast All Day has been a trademark of ours, mostly because Mr. San Miguel understood that people have different schedules.  Or as he put it, "Their breakfast is our lunch or dinner."

Today, we continue his legacy at our two locations.  We've also won some nifty awards in the process (Blue Plate!).  So check us out, we can't wait to see you!
